As I was making the jello Clint came home and asked what I was doing. He said, "is that how you normally make jello" (as I was pouring it into cookie sheets)? I said, "I have never made jello before!" He said, "well I don't think that is how we used to make jello"...HAHA!!
Well it was an interesting process and definitely a learning experience. If I had to do it over again I would pour them in a squared cake pan or something where it would be thicker. The thin pieces were hard to work with. But after slaving over the jello this is what I ended up with...
Some cute bunnies, butterflies and eggs in orange jello...
Some cute bunnies, butterflies and eggs in yellow jello...
And a big mess!!
Also, I made the teachers up a basket with some Easter decorations and candies, and I made the kids some puffs in bags I made look like carrots. The teachers seemed to really appreciate everything so I was happy! (In fact, one of them said, oh you are totally going to be one of those "class Moms." I told her I come by in honestly!)
Hunter was happy to surprise his teachers and friends with their Easter gifts!
Those turned out precious!! Great job!!
