Hoppy Halloween from Hunter the Frog
We all went over to the neighbors house for a pizza party, then geared up to go on a hayride around the neighborhood. Remember how Hunter spent his last Halloween hayride?
This year he was much more alert ;) Here he is with his friend Lily.
This was the first trick-or-treat ever for Hunter and Emerson. Don't you think they got the hang of it really quickly?

Sweet babies!! They would hold hands on the way up to the doors. Then once they realized the candy was in sight, they would ditch the hand holding and the running was on. HaHa!
By about 7pm (30 minutes into trick-or-treating) the babies had ENOUGH! So we went back home and played outside while we continued to hand out candy. Hunter even got to eat his first candy (besides a sucker). He ate M&Ms, Skittles, and attempted to eat Twislers (thanks to the girl's MiMi). It was pretty funny. He quickly figured out there was extra candy in the big bowl sitting on the table so he would stand on his tippy toes and try to get more.
Then at the end of the night, we came back home. (Notice the candy ring around his mouth)
Mommy kissed Hunter the Frog....
And he turned back into Hunter, Mommy's Prince!
THEN....the next day...
Hunter got to open the gifts MiMi and Pops sent for Halloween (Mommy didn't check the mail for a while....oops)
Hunter loved the gifts! He colored the wooden Halloween decoration, the paper, his clothes, his hands, and anything else possible....thanks MiMi!!
