Why is it that whenever you say something definite about your kids, they ALWAYS prove you wrong? I tell my mother-in-law that he is going through a spurt where he doesn't want to eat, and he eats all day at her house. I tell Clint to put him in bed early while I am gone or he won't sleep good, and Clint does his own thing and Hunter sleeps all night long. I tell the doctor he has been running a fever for 2 days, and when I get him in the doctor's office he isn't running a fever. I mean, really, the list goes on and on.
Not only was I wrong this time, but I am constantly reminded of it. I let Clint pick out Hunter's halloween costume. Clint picked the frog and I told him it looked super cute, but there was NO WAY that Hunter would wear the head or the feet. Boy was I wrong. Not only did he wear it at daycare and Halloween night, he has always worn it for Grammie, at MiMi's house, and periodically around the house. After I changed his diaper the other night he insisted that I put the frog feet on him. What a silly baby!
