Can someone please explain to me how my 20 month old already knows how to negotiate? When he woke up from his nap yesterday, I asked him if he wanted to have a snack. He went to the pantry and said "cookie"? I said, ok, you can have 1 cookie then the rest of your snack needs to be grapes and cheese. He said, "Mama.....twooooo"
Oh geez. I do not have my negotiation skills sharpened just yet. Ugh! And he was so cute in his argument. BUT, I stuck to my guns and only gave him 1 cookie :)
