Last weekend we took Hunter to Sea World for our family vacation. We had been talking about it for a while and he seemed very excited to go see fish and feed the dolphins.
At first Hunter was a bit unsure of all of the excitement and people...
After some helpful hints, we decided that it would be best to head straight to the dolphin feeding area. We were third in line :) Clint and Hunter practiced how they would feed the dolphins once they got the food, but it didn't quite go as they practiced. Hunter did great but he wanted to throw all of the fish to the dolphins :) He was not scared at all, but had a hard time reaching far enough to actually touch the dolphins.
He was finally able to touch the dolphin and loved it :)
Then, once they were out of food, Hunter decided he would try to call the dolphins by screaming at them. Seemed to work - or maybe that Clint showing the dolphins the tray of food.

There was a point in the show where the animals were not cooperating so they had to take a break. Hunter kept asking, "Where the fishies at?"
About 2:30 he crashed on the way to go see the penguins
But we got to see a BIG penguin on our way out
All in all, the weather was great and we could not have asked for a more perfect day. It was so fun watching Hunter get excited to see all of the animals. I am not certain that he will remember this forever but we certainly will. One of the best things I did was take video instead of all pictures because Hunter asks to watch the dolphin videos almost every night. We have watched them so much that he can look at the thumbnails now and tell me which one he wants to watch :)
