This happened a couple of weeks ago, but I wanted to make sure to write it down because it was so funny to me. We were in the grocery store and Hunter - Mr. Eagle Eye - spotted a mini pack of goldfish. So being the wonderful mother I am, I let him have it since I figured the 99 cents would be well worth keeping him in the cart longer. It was the small pack that looks like a mini milk carton.
Anyways, he was still in the cart holding his box of goldfish and he started shaking them around. Then he literally chuckled outloud. (So cute!) So I asked him what was so funny. He shook the box again, then said "fishies swimming." I nearly fell over laughing in the middle of the grocery store. I am not sure what was more funny - the fact that he made up that joke or that he cracked himself up before saying anything to me. Makes you wonder what other clever little things are going on in that head of his!
Who knew goldfish snacks could be so much fun?
