Happy 7 months
For some of the big milestones:
Feb 17th - Lauran can sit up. It was just like overnight she figured out how to sit up and then she wanted to do it all of the time. Bubba likes that she can sit up now because they can play games together.
March 12th - Lauran got her very first tooth :) It was the bottom center tooth on the right side. It was really close to breaking through when MiMi and Pops came into town for the rodeo but it popped through the day after they left. Here is a picture of our little rodeo cuties.
March 16th - Lauran fell in love with basketball :) She is an official Laskoskie/Trachier now.
And she loves to move out in the walker.
She chases Bubba all over the driveway.
She still loves playing with her big brother. She absolutely adores him and will do anything to just be with him....including getting buried under all of his stuffed animals.
Happy 8 months
She is our baby Houdini and can escape out of any pajamas as seen below...
then she gets mad about it because she tries to put them back on and ends up putting her feet in the wrong places.
April 6th - Lauran is getting up on all fours. It won't be long until she starts crawling! TROUBLE!
April 12th - baby girl got tubes in her ears. It was heart breaking to see them take her back but everything went perfectly.
April 14th - Lauran loves shopping with Mommy now that she can sit up.
And she LOVES Mum Mums....until they get soggy!
After getting tubes it has been a whirl-wind of changes: Lauran is crawling everywhere, pulling up on everything, and talking up a storm....and to think we were worried she couldn't talk or hear....truly a blessing. I am really not sure what she said first because in a matter of a week after her surgery she was saying MaMa, DaDa, Bubba, and bye bye. I think I have to say that she said Bubba first. And that is so fitting because of how much she loves and absolutely adores Hunter. Hunter thinks it is so neat that she can say Bubba. He said, look Mommy she is calling me. :)

Lauran is wearing size 3 diapers. She eats baby food like a champ; 2 containers a day of whatever we put in front of her. She wears size 9 month clothes however her legs are pretty chunky so 12 month pants fit her better. She loves to snuggle especially with Bubba in the mornings and Mommy at night. She has Daddy wrapped around her finger. She sleeps from 8:30pm - 6:30am. She is in the infant class at school but will get moved up shortly because she crawling now. She laughs at everything Hunter does...like belly roll style laugh. She loves when Daddy growls and "gets" her. She is the light of our life and we are so proud to call her ours. Hopefully Mommy will do a better job of blogging now, but I was so busy enjoying every second with our little angel that I didn't stop to write it down.
And now because she has teeth, she can Bubba, and is crawling Hunter says Lauran is a big girl :)
She has gotten so big...too fast!!
