Snack Time

Hunter is obsessed with snacks. I am not sure what is so special about snacks but there is something. The second he wakes up he wants a snack. I explain to him that he can't have a snack until he eats breakfast and since they cook at hot meal at school, he eats breakfast there. SO we agree that he can set out his snack for when he gets home. The second I pick him up for school he is asking about his snack. Half of the time he wants what he set out and the other time he asks to pick something new out. This is the snack he tried to pick the other day.

H: Can I have a snack while you are cooking dinner?
M: Yes, but a small snack because I already started cooking. Maybe a granola bar?
H: Can you turn the light on in the pantry? I will pick out a snack.
M: Sure
H: {3 minutes later...apparently he was having a hard time deciding} Can I have this yummy pizza snack?
M: What are you talking about?
H: This {holding up noodles for lasagna}!
M: That is not pizza baby, that is noodles to make lasagna.
H: Then why does it say it it is pizza?

I love how his little mind works.
