To celebrate, we decided we would take Hunter swimming. Our neighbors have moved out of their house but they are not closing on it until the end of August, so they gave us permission to swim in it as much as we would like. So we waited until the sun started going down so that Hunter wasn't in the sun and we went for a dip. Here is Hunter before we went swimming in his suit...
When Hunter first got into the pool with Daddy he was not too sure about it. He almost started crying. I am not sure why because he likes his bath, and the water was not quite as warm as bath water, but it was close. It was so warm that I even thought about getting in the water! But when Daddy started playing with him the water he warmed up to the idea. He was perfectly content in the water for the rest of the time.
I think Hunter's favorite part of swimming was watching the lights that changed colors. He was mesmerized.
And of course my favorite part was when I got to bundle him up in my arms and kiss him!! :) Looks like he had a great time doesn't it?

ReplyDeleteI have only had one for as long as Hunter has been here. It is really just a bunch of 'Hunter stories' that I think I will enjoy looking back on. It was at the demand....I mean request, of my Mom, but I am so glad that I have been doing it!
