Last week when I took him to the doctor (for a tummy bug) Hunter weighed 18lbs 10oz. We take him next week for his 6 months shots and to see how he measures up now. As always it will be terrible to watch him get shots, but I am interested to see how big he is now.
Things Hunter did this month:
- Hunter is now sleeping in his crib. It is so sweet to see. He loves to sleep on his side...not his belly, his side. As soon as you lay him down flat in the crib he immediately rolls to his side to sleep.
- He can now eat Bananas, Pears, and Peaches. We will start trying green veggies now. He still WILL NOT eat anything that has rice or oatmeal cereal mixed in it. He eats from his spoon most of the time but sometimes when he is tired or not in the mood he still cries.
- Hunter is a rolling fool now. He rolls and rolls and rolls and rolls. He gets really frustrated when all of that rolling doesn't get him to the toy he wants to get to. I think I am going to be in trouble when he does start crawling.
- Hunter got to ride in his stroller like a big boy. He is so precious and looks so little when he sits like that.
- Hunter has "found his voice" as the daycare says. He takes in a deep breath, then straightens his whole body and lets out a huge scream.
- Hunter still loves his bath time.
- Hunter is grabbing for EVERYTHING now. We even had to get him his own remote control because he was pushing too many buttons on the real remote...haha!
- Hunter thinks it is sooooo funny when Daddy growls and barks at him. I am pretty sure it would scare any other kid, but Hunter knows it is Daddy and just thinks he is funny!
- Hunter can babble with the "b" sound.
- Hunter has "crazy man hair." His hair is really starting to grow but it is all different lengths and isn't heavy enough to lay down so it kind of just sticks out everywhere. So cute!
- I am sure there are a million more things but Hunter just dozed off in my arms so I am going to stop and enjoy it!
