Suckers

Yes, my child is only 16 months and I am already bribing him with suckers. Last time I took him to get his hair cut he didn't like the sound of the razor and would not sit still (even though he was in my lap). SO, we resorted to bribing him with a sucker and it worked like a charm. He sat still through the entire haircut. Then since he was such a good boy, he got another sucker for the road. Look how much he enjoyed them...

[Even though I was under the impression that this was the first time he had gotten a sucker, the way he recognized it and knew he wanted it makes me think otherwise ;) ]

So when I took him last week to get his hair cut, we just started with a sucker and everything went great! Check out his new hair-do. That is one handsome boy if I do say so myself!
