It's a......

I wanted to do something fun to tell my family what we were having. My mother remembered what day we were getting our ultrasound, and although she said she would "play along" if needed, I knew I couldn't keep a surprise from her that long. SO....Mom and Dad (and Clint's family) found out on Thursday. But O'ma and Lance got to go on an Easter scavenger hunt....

First the clues took them to our "first base" tree for house rule games of baseball...

Next they went to our old "club house" in the rafters of the garage

Then inside to O'ma's old room.....then to the place where we used to shoot hoops with Daddy.

The final clue said..."The answer has been in front of you all day long. Just sing the "Happy Birthday" song, then cut a piece of cake just for you and find out if it is pink or blue."

Here I am dying laughing because that was the fastest version of Happy Birthday I have ever heard!

The cake was PINK....it's a GIRL :)

We can't wait to hold our precious baby girl :)
