Easter Egg Coloring

Hunter's new catch phrase is "I wanna do it" or "I can help." This now applies to dressing/undressing, brushing his teeth, brushing his hair, putting the lid on his cup, carrying stuff, putting his clothes up in drawers, putting plates in the sink, feeding Missy....you name it. BUT I had to draw the line when he tried to change his own diaper, and admittedly he moved faster than I could catch, and we ended up with a big blog of poo on the carpet......that is a story for a different blog post!

On a brighter note, it was really fun watching him continue the Trachier family tradition of dying Easter eggs - all by himself!

True with the Trachier household, it is a competition (we are not competitive or anything). Uncle Lance got 1st and 2nd in show. Hunter got 3rd. But if there was a competition for the best dyed hand (or belly), Hunter would have won 1st :)

Hunter loved this so much that he kept dying eggs and Uncle Lance only got to decorate 3 of them. It was a complete mess, but totally worth it! I love these moments with my family!
