Happy Halloween

This year Halloween was SO much fun. Hunter really understood what it was all about...getting candy of course. And Lauran just had a blast tagging along with him, as always. Hunter asked to be a "fighter fighter." He loves fire fighters because they "help people."

I asked Hunter what Lauran should be for Halloween and he said "an ambulance driver." HA! So I thought while I could still get away with it, I would match the babies in coordinating outfits. So Lauran got to be a beautiful dalmatian! The highlight was our trip to the fire station for a photo op. The firemen were SO nice and gave us the whole tour.

Hunter that it was the neatest thing that their jackets looked JUST like his. It was adorable!

On Halloween night we had a pizza party with some neighborhood friends, then went on a hay ride through the neighborhood.

Lauran got out and followed Bub around like she knew what she was doing :)

Just an ole pro at this now. The group of older kids was faster at trick-or-treating than he was, so when he would get his candy and turn around he would say "HEY, where did my friends go?" HaHa!

And I guess when it gets dark, fire fighters turn into warewolves....eek! He thought it was so funny to scare Mommy!

Once we got home from a circle around the neighborhood, Hunter and Lauran looked through all of their loot. They each got to pick out one piece of candy that they wanted to eat that night.

Lauran found a sucker that was just right.

It was a great night with friends!
