Like Father, Like Son

Well we have known for quite some time that Hunter loves his plastic fishing pole and little fishies (that normally stay in the bathtub), but it is now official that Hunter loves real life fish! Clint went fishing Saturday morning with his cousin Greg and they ended up catching quite a few fish including a 7lb bass. Typically Clint would not keep a fish that size but it ended up dying so he brought it home.

Hunter loved splashing in the water and touching the fish that were swimming in there. I was stressing a little bit and I was following him around with wipes trying to keep him germ free. Clint was laughing at me. At one point a fish jumped and splashed a good bit. It startled me and Greg and we jumped back, but Hunter (who was inches away from the fish that jumped) didn't budge one bit! I guess like father, like son!

Hunter, so far you are just like your Daddy. You love being outside, you love Daddy and PawPaw's deer and fish, you like any animals (dogs, fish, cats, birds) and get so excited when you get to watch them or touch them. It is so fun to watch you grow and experience all of these things for the first time.
