Fun in the Sun

Sunday we went over to a friend's house for Austin's birthday party. It was a fun time with a swimming pool, a water slide, pizza and cake.

Our sweet family exactly one month before Lauran is due.

 Hunter loved going down the big slide. He said, "I go by myself"

 Pouting because we had to get out of the pool for pizza, presents, and cake. All he wanted to do was go swimming more!

 The boys got the idea to go "hillbilly handfishing" in the pond for catfish.

Clint tried to catch one by hand to show the boys how it was done, but didn't have luck. OF COURSE he came prepared with a rod and reel (Hunter's) and was able to catch a catfish.

It was a great time with friend and Hunter was very sad to leave. He had so much fun swimming, sliding, and feeding fish that on the way home he was actually telling us that he wanted to go "night night." We asked him if he wanted to take a bath or get a snack (things he normally loves) and he said, "no, I wanna go night night." He did get a bath and snack, but went to bed really easily and slept in his big boy bed all night long :)
