Wanna swap rubs?

One of my favorite "memories" at home was swapping rubs with my Mom. My Dad would watch TV in the evenings and all of the kids knew that we could go sit by him and he would rub our feet or our back. But with Mom, we always offered to swap rubs. Typically I would rub her back while she rubbed my feet. I love these memories not because I got my feet rubbed but because that was the time in the evenings that we got to chat.  So you can imagine how my heart melted when I saw Daddy and Hunter swapping rubs...

Hunter was rubbing Daddy's head and back and Daddy was rubbing Hunter's feet. Hunter is a sucker for getting his back and feet rubbed. If you want him to just sit still and relax all you have to do is offer to rub something. BUT I have to warn you that you will not get away without rubbing his back and EACH of his feet.  Oh, and you have to rub his back under his shirt. Daddy set high standards when he started doing this with Hunter at night time. I don't mind at all rubbing Hunter's back and feet because that means he is snuggling with me for a while :)

I hope we continue swapping rubs like my Mom and I used to do!
